Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists’ of varying modalities and also to other helping professions ie. Social workers that are working with adults.

I also offer Supervision to Supervisees that work with children and young people, where often there is a requirement for having a supervisor that has experience of working with this client group.

I find that Supervision is a supporting and strengthening relationship that is ethical and fundamental to the work. This collaborative work helps to support the client’s well-being and nurture the therapeutic process with the aim of development for the supervisee. Allowing for the maintenance of legal and ethical practice and continued professional development.

My aim as a supervisor should promote the competence and creativity of the supervisee in non-judgmental way, to enable the supervisee to enhance and to develop into the most effective therapist or supervisor that they can be.

Please do get in touch if you would like to find out more. I would suggest that we meet for one hour to see if we are a good fit as supervisor and supervisee. There is no charge for this initial session.
